3. Accommodation Bookings

Accommodation at Kyara Arthouse is booked through Airbnb. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and disputes relating to accommodation are governed by Airbnb's Terms of Service and the individual listing policies. Kyara Arthouse accepts no liability for issues arising through the Airbnb platform.

4. Workshop & Event Bookings

Workshop and event bookings are made directly by email. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following:

• Full payment details will be confirmed upon booking
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund
• Kyara Arthouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered
• Participants attend workshops at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety

5. Artist Residency

Applications to the Kyara Arthouse Artist Residency are accepted on a rolling basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Specific terms, fees, and conditions for each residency period are communicated directly upon acceptance and must be agreed to in writing before the residency begins.

6. Visiting the Gallery

Visits to Kyara Arthouse are currently by appointment only. We welcome photography for personal, non-commercial use in most areas of the space. We ask that you seek permission before photographing artworks, residents, workshop participants, or staff. Photography of artworks for commercial use requires prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, Kyara Arthouse makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content, and reserves the right to update or change information at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
